Lisa has over 20 years experience in relationship management, sales and client negotiations. Lisa helps clients meet their business goals with a sharp focus on achieving and improving ROI. Lisa's senior management experience in retail and tourism has given her insights to help her effectively manage millions of dollars of client business internationally.

Tanya Stambolic

VP integrated marketing

Tanya has managed large-scale, award winning eCRM and DM programs for a wide range of clients, including Sears Canada, Kraft Canada, Ford of Canada, Land Rover, Jaguar, United Health Care and the National Geographic Society. She offers a unique combination of integrated marketing, digital and database marketing. Tanya spent several years at Wunderman, Toronto, prior to joining m marketing.

Nigel Baines

creative director

Nigel joined m from Publicis Life Brands (Paris), where he was the Global Creative Director. He brings with him extensive strategic and creative branding experience having developed global and European campaigns for P&G, Nestle and Galderma. He has worked on a wide array of marketing campaigns, including consumer, B2B and corporate. Nigel has won multiple awards, including Best European P&G Campaign.

Certified General Accountants of Ontario (CGA Ontario) needed to better communicate the benefits of the CGA designation to Ontario high school students. m responded with a compelling two-wave acquisition and retention campaign that has helped create an active online community of high school subscribers engaged with CGA Ontario.

Central to the campaign was Seeyourway.org. We used instant win game cards to compel students to sign up. The Scavenger Hunt Contest was used to keep students engaged through bi-weekly emails and text messages urging members to find the answer to the weekly question somewhere on the site for their chance to win.

m designed HarlequinCelebrates.com – a microsite created to celebrate the 60th anniversary of Harlequin. 16 free eBooks were offered for download so readers could rediscover the wide variety of stories Harlequin has to offer.

To drive traffic, m developed an acquisition campaign that leveraged email, banner ads, USA Today press ads, Facebook groups, Twitter and blog posts.

Infiniti's strategic sponsorship of Cirque du Soleil coupled with m's targeted promotion delivered real-time qualified leads for Infiniti dealerships across Canada using our innovative BreakThru Engine.

The marketing campaign generated big results for Infiniti. In its second year, the response rate for the game cards increased 24%, and generated three times more leads than the prior year.

The campaign was based on the market research insight that consumers are more attracted to accessible value than luxury items (such as winning a free trip) in today's turbulent economic times.

The campaign was featured online, on TV and in store at three of Canada's leading retailers: Best Buy, Rexall Family of Pharmacies and RONA.
